Freedom Of Information request fulfilled

After the planning committee meeting on 12 February 2025, Emma Smith, a resident who lives in a street affected by the loss of residential amenity made a Freedom Of Information request regarding the lobbying of the Secretary of State.

A Freedom of Information (FOI) request allows the public to access information held by UK public authorities, requiring these authorities to respond with the requested information within 20 working days, unless an exemption applies.

This request was completed on 12 March and here is a link to that response. Click on the downloads to see the text.

For your reference, here’s a link to the notification of the planning enquiry letter which has been sent out.
